在春节放假前，外贸人要做好的工作还有很多，这些工作都是为了给年后的客户跟进和订单开发做充足的预热和准备，保持商务沟通的连贯性和专业性。

虽然很多国外客户都知道春节放假，但是并不清楚我们放假的具体时间。如果春节期间客户有采购安排，也可以提前沟通，做好年前和年后的工作衔接。

因此，正在跟进和已经成交的客户，我们都要在放假前告知客户，让客户有个心理准备。同时要告诉客户我们的应急联系方式，如果假期有突发情况，可以随时联系上。

另外为了防止一些客户在春节假期时间发来询盘或者其他的邮件，而你又不能及时处理，如果客户没有收到任何消息的回复，给客户的体验感会很不好，也可能会因此而丢单。所以，外贸人在放假前一天，一定要记得在邮箱设置一个特殊的自动回复。
