EXW (Ex works) + Designated Place – Factory Delivery

Delivery of goods to the seller’s premises or other designated place. At the buyer’s disposal, delivery is complete without the seller clearing the goods for export or loading them on any vehicle.

FCA (Free Carrier) + named place of delivery – delivery of goods to the carrier

CFR (Cost and Freight) + named port of destination – Cost and Freight

The goods are loaded at the port of shipment. On boarding the vessel, the seller completes delivery of the goods, and the seller pays the freight charges for their delivery to the named port of destination. However, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods after delivery and any additional costs due to various events shall be borne by the buyer.

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) + named port of destination – Cost, Insurance and Freight. Insurance and freight

The seller completes delivery of the goods by loading them onto a ship at the port of shipment. The seller pays for the freight to bring the goods to the port of destination and the seller must take out marine insurance against the buyer’s risk of loss of or damage to the goods in transit. . CPT (Carriage Paid to point of destination) + named place of destination – freight paid to

DAP (Delivered At Place) + Designated Destination – Delivered at Place

The seller delivers the goods at the named destination or distribution point at the port of destination. Delivery at destination, only need to prepare for unloading, delivery is completed without unloading, seller bears all the costs of transporting the goods to the named destination .

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) + Designated Destination – Delivered Duty Paid

The seller is to deliver the goods at the designated destination. Delivery of the goods is completed by placing at the buyer’s disposal any goods that have not been unloaded from the means of transport used for their delivery upon completion of customs clearance at the destination of the seller. The seller bears all risks and costs of transporting the goods to the place of destination, including any amounts due at the place of destination in the event of customs formalities.
